If there is no courier service available in your area, the order will be cancelled.


Shipping Charge?

All products have free Shipping, expect COD.

 How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 10 working days from  the order. Most orders are delivered within 10 to 12 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

COD Policies

  • Your delivery address should be under serviceable network of our logistics partner. Please enter correct pin code to ensure delivery.
  • You are requested to please pay in cash only and do not offer cheque or Demand Draft to the courier staff. 
  • You are requested do not pay for any additional charges i.e. octroi etc. to courier staff. Your invoice amount is inclusive of all charges.
  • If you want to cancel the order, please do so within 1 hour of placing it, post which it will processed and shipped.
  • Rs.50/- is chargeable for all orders using the Cash on Delivery payment option. 


What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9172340222 or email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

 

Cancellation of Incorrect Orders

You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information or may be unavailable. This may be due to an error or similar oversight. You acknowledge that we cannot facilitate an order where such an error exists and hereby instruct us to cancel such an order and take other action as required. We may also cancel an order if we believe that it is being made in contravention of this agreement, or in contravention of the rights of any person or any law. We may cancel an order even if it has been confirmed and the customer's account (card or bank account) has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of the product to that customer. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after the customer has been charged for the product, we will credit the customer's card or bank account for the amount in question.
